In case of a guarantee/warranty claim, you shall receive a return sticker free of charge by mail. Freight collect parcels cannot be accepted. Cases of guarantee/warranty can only be processed upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. If complaints are unjustified, a processing fee may be charged. Please send the appliance safely packaged for transport and provide a brief description of defects and a copy of your proof of purchase. WAHL GmbH shall not be liable for damages in transit or loss during postal delivery.
