January 2002 saw the opening of the Wahl Academy, based at the Wahl (UK) Ltd head office in Herne Bay, Kent. The academy is designed to educate, inspire and motivate hairdressers at all stages of their career from stylists to salon owners and management.
With one of the countries top hairdressing educators, Simon Shaw, running the Wahl Academy every delegate finishes their course enthused with new ideas, new techniques and confidence. Simon's energy and love for the industry that most have seen at Salon International or other hairdressing events keeps delegates motivated. His teachings give delegates the tools to develop new skills and hairdressing techniques using the latest advancements in hair products.
Although very intensive, every course has a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere designed for adults. With a mix of demonstration and practical you can really pull on the wealth of Simon's knowledge and experience.
At the end of a Wahl course you don't just leave inspired, motivated and educated.
