Q. HOW DO I GET TO THE ACADEMY?
A. ROAD - Click below link for map.
RAIL - We are approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes direct from London Victoria by train. The nearest station is Herne Bay which is about a 10 minute walk from the Academy or a few minutes in a taxi which can normally be found waiting outside the station.
AIR - Our nearest airports are Stansted and Gatwick, train links are available from the airports via London.
Q. CAN YOU RECOMMEND ANY LOCAL ACCOMODATION?
A. There is no accomodation within walking distance however there is a local hotel about 10 minutes away by car:-

If you are travelling by train it is best to get off the stop before Herne Bay (Whitstable) for more direct access to both of these hotels.
Q.WHAT TIME DOES THE COURSE START & FINISH?
A.You are asked to arrive at the Academy at 9.30am and the course will conclude at approximately 3.30pm to 4.00pm unless otherwise instructed.
Q.WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
A.You are required to bring 5 or 6 inch scissors and a comb unless otherwise instructed. All other equipment will be provided for your use.
Q.DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MODEL?
A.No, we will provide all models for the practical sessions.
Q.HOW DO I PAY?
A.If you are booking on line you are required to enter your credit/debit card details. Otherwise you will be sent an invoice and can pay by cheque (made payable to Wahl (UK) Ltd) or by credit/debit card over the phone. We do not accept American Express or Electron. Payment is required within 14 days of booking to secure your place. Cancellations will be refunded less 25% if more than 14 days notice is given, less 75% with 7 to 14 days notice. Any courses cancelled less than a week prior to course date will not be refunded.
