Wahl (UK) Ltd provides an exchange service. The clippers & trimmers are all serviced to a high standard by our fully trained technical team. If you wish to keep your own clipper/trimmer you will need to state this when making a payment or on your cover note (Please note this will take a few more day than an exchange).
If you wish to send your clipper back to us for a Exchange please make sure your clipper/trimmer is securely packaged and enclose payment for the required amount, all cheques to be made payable to Wahl (UK) Ltd, alternatively call our customer service team on 01227 744330 and make a pre payment by credit or debit card.
