Purchasing Assistant
Wahl (UK) Ltd, based in Herne Bay currently has a vacancy for a Purchasing Administrator to join a busy team in maintaining stock levels and liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas.

Primary duties and responsibilities will include identifying demand through reports and placing orders for stock to maintain minimum stock levels.

Negotiating with suppliers in the UK and abroad to ensure delivery dates are met. Liaising with freight forwarders and preparing any necessary paperwork to bring the product into our factory in a timely, efficient manner.

The successful candidate must have attention to detail together with excellent IT skills, strong numeracy and good communication abilities.

Able to work on initiative, self-motivated, with good problem solving skills, we need a focused and committed team player.
